The Office of Faith Formation provides for the ongoing religious education for adults and children at our parish. Our ministry assists people, to give them a deeper relationship with Christ so they might be able to receive the sacrament of Penance, the sacrament of first Holy Communion, and continue to grow into their knowledge of Christ until they are fully initiated with the sacrament of Confirmation.
Registration Information for Our Faith Formation Program
Office days/hours: Tuesday - Thursday from 9:00 A.M. - 2:00 P.M. 718-331-8811.
- A new Registration Form must be completed for all current students as well as new students
- Anyone registering a child for First Grade must submit a copy of their child’s Baptismal Certificate
- For any child in need of Baptism, they must attend 1 year of classes.
- Tuition: $120 per child for 1 or 2 children, 3 or more children $295 and more than 3 children is $50 additional per child. Payable Cash or Check.
- At the time of registration a minimum of $40 is required to secure a slot for your child within our program.

St Athanasius Church: Classes meet :
Wednesday 4:00PM-5:30PM OR Saturday Morning 9:00am-10:30am.
The 8th grade Confirmation Class starting in September, will meet every Saturday from 11am-12pm in the Auditorium. This is only for Confirmation candidates that will attend class Saturday.
St. Dominic Church: Classes meet:
Sunday morning from 10:00am-11:15am
